Whortleberry Studio is our bright and airy spacious double accommodation, set in its own secluded garden with off road parking, a lovely quiet space with ensuite shower room, wi fi, television, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area on the patio.
The studio is set back from the main High Street of Porlock within easy walking distance of local shops and eateries.
Freshly cooked breakfast is taken in the tearoom at the front of the building, a short outside walk from the studio. The tearoom on site is also open, please see our website for days and times of opening. We look forward to welcoming you to the Whortleberry Tearoom and Studio in the lovely coastal village of Porlock.

Our attractive Edwardian Guest House is situated in Lynton, a mere stone’s throw from the entrance to the Valley of Rocks. We offer immediate access to picturesque walks and cycling routes in Exmoor National Park, as well as a comfortable place of refuge at the end of a full day.
At The Denes, we focus on traditional, locally-sourced, high-quality food and comfort; yet we offer all the essentials of modern living, including en-suite bedrooms, free wi-fi and free parking. We have facilities to store and dry boots and waterproof clothing. You will find a selection of Ordnance Survey maps, which may be borrowed. A range of novels and board games is available for a relaxing evening.

Sitting in the heart of Lynton, North Devon is Lee House, offering visitors comfort and relaxation in this lovely home-from-home 19th century house... We are very proud of our charming and traditional Victorian guest house, built from local Exmoor stone in the late 19th century it is a former Gentleman's Residence, retaining a lot of its original character. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. Lee House sits in its own grounds and is backed by Hollerday Hill, leading over to the sea cliffs...if you are lucky you will see deer, badgers, squirrels and a wide range of birds - you may even spot a buzzard! We usually only accept a minimum of 2 night stays but please contact us as we may have availability that suits you.

St Vincent Guest House - one of the most beautiful grade II listed buildings in Lynton (Old Town), where Clive and Maria offer comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with a warm welcome. Built in 1834 by Master Mariner Thomas Geen who was captain on the Bristol-built ship St Vincent allegedly for his mistress (more research underway!) & took part when the British and Spanish naval fleets met off the south-west coast of Portugal at the Battle of Cape St Vincent on 14 February 1797. This Georgian House is full of history, character, charm and free wifi. You can spend a relaxing and peaceful break in the heart of the Exmoor National Park where we are just two minutes away from the Lynton–Lynmouth part of the South West Coast Path.
