Whilst we are transporting luggage between 9.30am-4pm every, we always ask for amendments to be with us by 9.30am. Fees may apply to same day amendments. We are unable to accept a change of date as an amendment on the day.

Yes and No.
In West Cornwall, our cheapest transfer is £15. We are unable to offer a single bag discount on these routes. In other areas, transfers start from £19 for 2 bags, but we can apply a £2 discount for single bags.
We consider 1 item of luggage to be a rucksack, suitcase, holdall, or tent. In the past we have also moved boot bags, dog beds, travel cots, souvenirs and golf clubs. Please do not tie items to the outside of bags. This increases the chance of damage and loss. To add an extra item of luggage whilst you’re already on your walk, give us a call at the office on 01326 567247. Prices vary from £2-£4 per additional item.
When the government legally allow Luggage Transfers to resume its service it will. However we reserve the right to refuse booking if Covid restrictions are not being adhered to. Yes, you can bring your dog with you. There are things to beware regarding safety on the paths, such as keeping them on lead, keeping distance from livestock, keeping your dog away from cliff edges, and ensuring that you have enough water for them. Luggage transfers can carry dog items such as dog food, dog bed and dog toys/essentials as long as they are in handled bag with a label on.

Unfortunately we can not book parking. The options that we would suggest would be to either speak with your accommodation as they will know the local area best and may be able to advise if there is anywhere you can park, or some accommodations will allow you to leave your vehicle on site for the duration of your trip. Otherwise, you could look online, either googling local parking, or visit https://www.justpark.com/.
We are now able to offer competitive rates for transfers to and from the South West of England from major airports, cities and seaports.
