Very reliable, communication with us and the places we stayed was excellent.

Easy to book. Helpful when I emailed to give them an updated phone number. Luggage was transferred on time every day allowing me to enjoy my walk along the SWCP.

Having used another luggage service since, I realise how good Luggage Transfers were a) because they are so flexible right until day before, eg no penalties if you cancel at quite late notice b) window for pick up / drop off is smaller than some companies c) they seem to have good comms with the accommodation providers around when they are coming, which whilst it may not affect me directly does give more confidence that my pack will be secure and will be transferred ok d) website is very easy quick and helpful for planning e) tags on bags are printed and proper, they do not rely on me filling an itinerary in manually and risking a silly mistake

Everything was done efficiently. It was really hady to be able to book up until the previous evening.

We have used Luggage Transfer for the past few years, the service provided is excellent and very reliable, last year on the South West coast Path we had a phone call from them when walking to Polperro advising our overnight booking we had made had closed down, they phoned back within the hour to confirm they had booked us in another place at short notice, also this year they booked a taxi to get round the River Erm as it was too high to wade over, that is the sort of service they have given us. 10/10
