What is the definition of one bag or item of luggage?
We consider 1 item of luggage to be a rucksack, suitcase, holdall, or tent. In the past we have also moved boot bags, dog beds, travel cots, souvenirs and golf clubs. Please do not tie items to the outside of bags. This increases the chance of damage and loss.
