Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund for all transfers cancelled before 12.00pm on the day prior to a transfer taking place. If cancelling after 12.00pm and before 7.00pm, you will receive a refund, minus a £10 administration fee. Any cancellations received after 7.00pm, will be treated as a same day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
