Can I make changes to my booking on the day of the transfer?
Sometimes. If it is as simple as the number of bags, or you have changed the accommodation within the same town/village, this is something we can normally amend, as long as you’ve told us before the transfer has taken place. Whilst we are transporting luggage between 9.00am-4pm every, we always ask for amendments to be with us by 9.30am. Fees may apply to same day amendments. We are unable to accept a change of date as an amendment on the day.
