Testimonials on our Baggage Transfer Service
What your customers say about you is by far the most important indicator on how you are doing. We are delighted by the hundreds of positive comments we receive each year from our walkers, but we love it when we hear the occasional negative comment too, because we are then able to learn from it.
Trust in our Walkers Feedback ! - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly........
Luggage Transfers Ltd have been delivering luggage for people walking the South West Coast Path for 6 years now and we move over 10,000 bags per month! These are all genuine thank you's we have received from our satisfied walkers. They are simply copied and pasted from their e mails. We really do get this many...!
We commit to also publish all written feedback we receive. That includes any negative feedback, and with them we will include our response.
Here they are, every one of them...... Some of them will make you smile!
I would also like to add that we were very impressed with your service on the walk last year. Everything went to plan and it was fantastic not to have to carry our belongings with us and to find them at our destination at the end of each day.
We just want to say thanks for the very efficient and reliable service we received from you when we were walking from Penzance to Barnstaple April 11th - April 25th.

Just a quick note to thank you all for your service over the last few days. The driver who collected us on Friday was lovely and really helpful and to have our luggage transferred so efficiently was wonderful. We will certainly use your service again as we travel along the path and will recommend you to anyone else who undertakes the walk.
( I will also oversee my partners packing next time so I promise our bag wont be so heavy !!)
Hope this email finds you well.
The Berlin Group of Lars and Rainer Mai has hiked the last stage of the SWCP in 2016. We were on a very beautiful coast over 6 stages from 2010 to 2016.
In all these years, you were a reliable companion.
We would like to thank you for your excellent service.
All went well last weekend! perfectly arranged!
Many thanks! we really enjoyed our walks, the pubs and the beautiful scenery.
The transfer you arranged for us a short time ago (Porlock to Minehead) was of course our last as we reached the end of what has been an epic journey for us over the last two and a half years. It has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience made all the more enjoyable by knowing that our luggage would always be collected and waiting for us at the end of the days walk. The transfers have been flawless throughout and we thank you for giving us that reassurance which has added greatly to the experience. Please pass on our thanks to all your staff for a job thoroughly well done.
We have yet to decide on our next challenge! At some point we may well walk the Pembrokeshire coast path, in which case we will be in contact. Meanwhile, our very best wishes for Christmas (if a little early!)
Having started our SWCP journey in Minehead back in April 2013, we finally arrived at the Sandbanks Ferry earlier this month. My husband Paul and I would like to say thank you to you and your many colleagues at Luggage Transfers for looking after us so well over the last four years. Its great to be able to walk out in the morning carrying only whats needed during the day and find the luggage waiting for us when we arrive at our next destination that evening. Particular thanks for the time we inadvertently left some clothing behind when we left on a Saturday morning. In spite of not being able to contact you until that evening, you ensured that we were reunited with it the following evening.
Thanks so much - great service during the whole holiday!
 Afternoon Sue,
Although I little belated I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the luggage transfers that you organized from Zennor to The Longboat in Penzance.
After a gruelling days walking in rain, mist and sunshine it was a satisfying feeling to see your bag had arrived at the overnight accommodation.
The Longboat bag drop is particularly good for anybody travelling by train the same day after the walk.
Dear Sue and dear Team at Luggage Transfers,
We have now completed the South West Coast Path, from Minehead in Somerset to South Haven Point in Dorset where we reached the lovely end sculpture at 3 pm on 13th September 2016. It has only (!!) taken us 9 years.
